EULA - Exploit Pack products

Effective upon installation or use.

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or, if acquired on behalf of an organisation, that entity) and Exploit Pack. Please read it carefully. By installing, accessing, or using any of our software products — including Exploit Pack, Control Pack, or Kernel Pack (“the Software”) — you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. Authorised Use

The Software is a platform for cybersecurity professionals to develop, test, and simulate real-world attack scenarios in controlled environments. It is intended for internal use only, and may only be used on systems and networks that you own or have explicit written authorisation to test.

2. Commercial license

You have purchased a non-transferable license to use the Software solely for lawful testing, training, or research purposes. This license does not convey ownership and may be revoked if the terms of this agreement are violated.

3. Restrictions

You may not, unless expressly permitted by law or with written consent from Exploit Pack:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

  • Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Software.

  • Use the Software to target or affect third-party systems without proper legal authorisation.

  • Merge the Software with other programs or create derivative works.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

This software is provided as-is, with no guarantees or warranties, including but not limited to performance, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from its use.

Some components may include or rely on open-source tools, which are governed by their respective licenses.

5. Liability

Exploit Pack will not be held responsible for any misuse, damage, data loss, or legal consequences resulting from the use of the Software. You are solely responsible for ensuring your usage complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Compliance

Exploit Pack does not provide products to governments or entities in countries under embargo or sanctions by the U.S., EU, UN, NATO, or ASEAN.

7. Intellectual Property Infringement

If a third party claims that your use of the Software infringes their intellectual property rights, you (not Exploit Pack) are solely responsible for handling the claim, including legal defence, settlement, or liability. You agree to notify Exploit Pack promptly if such a claim arises.

8. Termination

Exploit Pack may suspend or terminate your license at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this agreement or misuse the Software. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and uninstall all copies of the Software.

By using the Software, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
